Pokémon Conquest is a tactical role-playing game for Nintendo DS that combines the Pokémon universe with the historical setting of the Nobunaga's Ambition series. Players command Pokémon and Warlords across the Ransei region, battling rival kingdoms on grid-based maps. Instead of traditional Pokémon battles, the game focuses on strategy, positioning, and building strong links between Warlords and their Pokémon.

Story

The adventure takes place in the Ransei region, where 17 kingdoms are connected to the legend of a powerful Pokémon. You play as a young Warlord who sets out to unite the region. Along the way, you recruit allies, develop your kingdom, and face rival Warlords in tactical battles.

Gameplay

Pokémon Conquest uses turn-based, grid-based combat. Each Warlord can partner with Pokémon, and their Link level affects how effectively they work together. Players move units around battlefields, use Pokémon moves, capture wild Pokémon, and plan attacks based on terrain and positioning. Strategy and team composition are essential to victory.
