Sonic Rush is a side-scrolling platformer for the Nintendo DS. It’s a fast-paced game developed by Sonic Team and Dimps and published by SEGA. The game includes Sonic the Hedgehog as well as a second playable character, Blaze the Cat. Race through colorful levels, collect golden rings and defeat enemies and perform high-speed moves across both DS screens. Story

Dr. Eggman is up to his usual schemes and Sonic sets out to stop him. In his adventure, Sonic discovers a mysterious jewel and meets Blaze the Cat, a character from another dimension, searching for the powerful Sol Emeralds. Sonic and Blaze are on separate but connected adventures. Their journeys lead them closer to solving the mystery of the emeralds and stopping the villains who want to use their power.

Gameplay

Sonic Rush mixes old-school 2D platforming with 3D character models and kinetic effects.
