Story
The game follows the story of Phoenix Wright as he starts his career as a defence lawyer. He has a few puzzling cases with questionable evidence, surprising witnesses and complex mysteries.
In every case Phoenix goes to court after examining crime scenes and collecting evidence. He seeks to uncover contradictions in testimony and demonstrate the innocence of his clients.
Gameplay
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is split primarily into investigation and courtroom segments. In investigations players have to explore locations, talk to characters and examine objects to gather evidence.
Court The players listen to testimony from witnesses and cross-examine witnesses. “If there is a contradiction in a statement, the right piece of evidence can be brought to bear on that statement. At the heart of the experience is the game’s compelling dialogue, twists and memorable characters.
