Story
Following their victory over Ganondorf, Link and Tetra continue exploring the Great Sea in search of new lands. Their journey takes a dangerous turn when they encounter the mysterious Ghost Ship. Tetra boards the vessel to investigate but suddenly disappears, and Link falls into the ocean while trying to rescue her. Link awakens on Mercay Island, where he meets the fairy Ciela and the old sailor Oshus, who is secretly the Ocean King.
Together, they set out to recover the magical Phantom Hourglass, rescue Tetra, and stop the evil Bellum, whose growing power threatens the entire ocean. Along the way, Link explores mysterious islands, solves ancient puzzles, obtains legendary weapons, and repeatedly ventures into the Temple of the Ocean King, where every visit uncovers new secrets and challenges.
Gameplay
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass combines real-time combat, puzzle-solving, dungeon exploration, sailing, and item-based progression.
