Story
The story follows Simba from his childhood in the Pride Lands to his journey to manhood.

As a young cub, Simba's life in the Pride Lands is great with his father, Mufasa, and his mother, Sarabi. But his uncle Scar wants to secretly take over the kingdom.
A tragic event changes Simba's life and he leaves the Pride Lands, growing into a stronger, more confident lion. Then he goes home to take care of the threats against his family and to take back his throne.
Then the game progresses through events inspired by The Lion King II, taking the adventure beyond Simba's original story.
Instead of just recreating the movies scene-for-scene, the game takes the core themes and locations and turns them into playable platforming levels.
