Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam 3D is a funny action RPG that unites Mario, Luigi and Bowser for an unlikely adventure. The game mixes exploration, puzzles, platforming and turn-based battles with timing-based attacks. The brothers wake up inside Bowser’s body after a strange incident, and Bowser continues his own adventure on the outside. Players switch between the characters, utilizing their specific skills to solve puzzles and overcome enemies.

Story

The Mushroom Kingdom is struck by a strange disease called blorbs that causes Toads to swell up. Meanwhile, the villain Fawful is hatching a dangerous plot. Mario and Luigi trick Bowser into swallowing a strange mushroom and end up getting pulled inside his body. The brothers traverse the insides of Bowser's body, helping him out from within as he makes his way through the Mushroom Kingdom. The three heroes are ultimately tied to the same conflict and must halt Fawful's plans to save the Mushroom Kingdom.

Gameplay

Explore Bowser’s body and the Mushroom Kingdom. Engage in turn-based combat against enemies. Play as Mario and Luigi together. Bowser's sections are played as Bowser. Do timed attacks and defense moves. Special Bros. and Bowser skills. Utilize character abilities to solve puzzles. Gather things and equipment. Upgrade characters during the adventure. Fight hard bosses.
