Monster Hunter ROM Download is the first game in the famous Monster Hunter series from Capcom. Released for the PlayStation 2, the game established the basic hunting gameplay that would become the foundation for the franchise. Players become a hunter in a perilous fantasy world populated by gigantic monsters. The game is more about taking quests, tracking creatures, gathering materials, crafting equipment and improving your hunter than a linear storyline. Successfully completing hunts yields monster materials that can be used to craft more powerful weapons and armour. Better equipment allows you to take on more dangerous monsters and more difficult quests.

Story
Players assume the role of a new hunter, in a world where humans and dangerous monsters coexist. The Hunter's Guild provides quests from resource gathering to hunting and destroying mighty beasts.
Completing quests and gaining experience will reward hunters with materials and rewards to craft better weapons and armour. The goal being to one day become a master hunter able to take on the most dangerous monsters of the region.
