It’s a prequel to the original Assassin’s Creed, and it tells the early adventures of Altaïr Ibn-La’Ahad, one of the most legendary Assassins in the franchise. The game takes players back to the year 1190 during the Third Crusade, where Altaïr must uncover the secrets of an ancient artifact known as the Chalice while battling the dangerous Templar Order.
