ROMGod of War: Chains of Olympus is a fast-paced hack-and-slash adventure that brings Kratos' brutal battles and Greek mythology to the PlayStation Portable. The game is a prequel to the original God of War and was developed by Ready at Dawn. Players take on the role of Kratos, who is on a quest to serve the gods of Olympus, while seeking a way to escape his past and end his nightmares. On his journey he fights mythological creatures, solves puzzles, explores ancient locations and unlocks powerful weapons and magical abilities. Designed for a handheld system, the game still delivers cinematic graphics, intense action, gruelling bosses and a story-driven experience
Story
Before he was the full God of War, Kratos worked for the gods of Olympus and did their bidding. But he is still haunted by memories of his terrible past.
Darkness encroaches upon the mortal and divine worlds, and Kratos is sent on a perilous quest. Eventually his journey takes him through the Underworld and other mythological places, where he meets powerful gods, monsters and enemies.
As the story goes on Kratos will need to make hard decisions while dealing with the memories and consequences of his past.
